Terms and Conditions:

• Orders need to be placed two (2) working prior to the delivery day.
• The order will still need to be confirmed by us, if you have not received confirmation within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) , please contact us by phone to ensure we have received the order.
• Once your order is confirmed, the total amount is payable by you, even if you wish to cancel the order.
• We take no responsibility of the cake from the time you have collected it from the agent.
• We do not warranty the times you are able to keep the cake out of the freezer prior to it melting.
• The cakes are egg and nut free but we do work with eggs and nuts on the premises. Our equipment is well washed prior to making the ice cream cakes thereby reducing risk of allergens.
• Please confirm opening hours of your agent so as to ensure you can collect the cake on your required day- non collection even if an agent is closed will still require you to pay for the cake.
• Now most importantly that all the formalities are over- enjoy your purchase and see you again for your next occasion or excuse to have an ice cream cake just “because you love them”.
